Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
Membership discounts apply exclusively to supplement products purchased through the Health Market Express catalog. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Products in the catalog are available for purchase only to active members.
Health Market Express does not offer free trials. All membership plans are paid subscriptions beginning on the date of enrollment. Your first billing cycle begins immediately upon successful subscription.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to member pricing and the catalog until the end of the paid period. To cancel, visit our Cancel Membership page or contact us at [email protected]. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
All supplement products are sourced from our verified catalog. Product availability, formulations, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify our catalog at any time. Member discount percentages are applied to the listed retail price of each product at the time of purchase.
