Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all membership subscriptions and product purchases made through Health Market Express LLC. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a Health Market Express membership tier, your payment is processed immediately and your membership benefits activate at that time. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to member pricing and the product catalog until the end of your current paid billing period.

2. Product Orders

Supplement products ordered through Health Market Express are fulfilled by our logistics partners. Refund eligibility for product orders is as follows:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with photographic evidence of the issue.

Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for supplement products due to a change of mind, as these are consumable health products. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a product order, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your order date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of your membership account.
